Why RSA!

If you intend to work in the hospitality industry in a position that requires you to serve alcohol, it is now mandatory to hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol RSA Certificate.

The Responsible Service of Alcohol is a fully accredited unit of competency under the Nationally Recognised Training from the Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package with the course code SITHFAB002-Provide responsible service of alcohol. This course is also known as RSA this course is delivered by Le Culinaire Hospitality Institute, classroom (face to face) format.
